Completely Coordinated, LLC is a dynamic duo aimed at assisting couples with day of wedding coordination, rehearsals, budget analysis, design assistance, non-floral centerpieces and consultation. We also provide additional event services including corporate events/retreats, conferences, bridal/baby showers, general reveal parties, milestone birthdays and more.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:

1) We love what we do! We truly care more about ensuring each one of our clients has the best wedding day possible than our bottom line. We can honestly say we do this because we love to and it shows in our work. Every one of our brides and clients have walked away valuing and appreciating the passion and dedication we put into every single wedding and event we coordinate.

2) We have a trademarked SAVE Review (Sanity and Vendor Evaluation Review). This is a very detailed and thorough review of all aspects of the the wedding weekend ranging from rehearsal evening, transportation needs, ceremony, and reception and of course assessing the bride/couple’s needs to ensure you have the best day possible. We can assure you, no one else in the business is as detailed and thorough as us!

3) We can help with all the other small details too! Providing suggestions and wedding day bonuses, to include chocolate covered strawberries, for each couple on wedding morning. We love helping and adding those finishing touches to every wedding to ensure both the bride/groom and all guests have a great time!
